After a demo session, we will establish precisely all settings and the operational flow UPfit.cloud should have for your business. We will send you a set of documents that you’ll need to fill out with details about your gym’s activity and services. Based on this data, we will set up your entire account.

Depending on your gym’s specifications, the entire setup takes between 2 and 4 days. This time frame also depends on how fast you can give us your feedback during the process.

We will import your active and inactive member list, your membership list and your service clipcard list. All this data must be provided in a .xls format.

Certainly. We already have a procedure set in place for this kind of data migration. That way we can easily import information like member profiles and membership and clipcard history. Together we will determine what kind of data should be imported into UPfit.

No. Every month, we update UPfit.cloud with new features meant to help you streamline your gym’s activity. These updates are sent automatically to all our clients, at no extra cost.

UPfit.cloud is fully integrated with DATECS DP 25 cash register, DATECS FP 700 fiscal printer and MP 2 EPSON fiscal printer provided by MASTER COMPUTERS Bucharest. For every cash or card transactions, the software issues and print a fiscal receipt.

Our servers are located in UPC Romania’s data center. We provide automatic backup every hour, and we keep a 30-day record of backups.

UPfit.cloud has a Help Center – a designated module with articles and video tutorials about every feature of our software. With every price plan, you get one or more printed user manuals that will teach you the many features and interface of the software.
For particular issues and problems, you can open a technical support ticket directly from the software and, depending on your price plan, we also provide support by phone, emails or Skype.

Of course! No matter what price plan you choose, UPfit allows you to create an unlimited number of user accounts. You also have the possibility of providing custom access for each user and determine what features they have access to (for instance, access to Group Fitness schedule or the possibility of selling products or memberships with a discount).

Our contract does not compel you to a specific time frame. You can give up our services at any time, with a 30-day notice.
