After a demo session, we will establish precisely all settings, and the operational flow UPfit.cloud should have for your business. We will send you a set of documents that you’ll need to fill out with details about your gym’s activity and services. Based on this data, we will set up your entire account.

Depending on your gym’s specifications, the entire setup takes between 2 and 4 days. This time frame also depends on how fast you can give us your feedback during the process.

We have a monthly subscription for each gym in which you want to use the software. We also have additional modules, at extra cost. These modules offer additional services, meant to streamline gym management.

No. Each month UPfit.cloud is updated with new features meant to automate and simplify the work at the reception desk. These updates are added automatically to all our clients, at no extra cost.

We know how important it is to quickly perform all the necessary actions in the software. That is why our support team will help you every time you need it, via support tickets, email or phone, during our work hours. More info

Yes. We already have a straightforward procedure to import existing data in our software, such as member profiles and history. Together we can determine which data should be imported on our platform.

Your account can be set up in 24-48 hours. To perform all the necessary settings correctly, we'll send you a document with questions regarding the membership types, services and other details about your gym's activity.

We will import your active and inactive member list, your membership list and your service clipcard list. All this data must be provided in a .xls format.

UPfit.cloud is integrated with the DATECS DP 25 cash register, the DATECS FP700 fiscal printer, and the EPSON fiscal printer provided by MASTER COMPUTERS Bucharest. When selling memberships or products with cash or card the software issues automatically the fiscal receipts.

Our contract does not compel you to a specific period. You can give up our services at any time, with a 30-day notice.

Our servers are located in UPC Romania’s data center. We provide automatic backup every hour, and we keep a 30-day record of backups.

You can always add new modules to your subscription plan. You can also eliminate modules that you no longer use. Your contract and invoices will be updated accordingly. Our software is very flexible and allows you to build the ideal solution for your gym.
