Our team sets up your gym’s account: gym settings, financial module settings (invoices and contracts), membership types, clipcard types, payment methods and other relevant details. The entire configuration is done rapidly, and you can start using UPfit.cloud in the shortest possible time.
We agree on contractual and financial terms, and we sign the contract. The contract also has legal provisions regarding data privacy, so we can start the information exchange to set up your account.
Your team will compile a set of necessary information to set up your account: company info, details about memberships, clipcards, Group Fitness classes, full list of team members, an export of your member database and so on.
Based on the information we receive from you, we will figure out together all aspects regarding your gym’s management, so we can correctly determine the necessary settings.
We will set up your gym’s account and import the necessary data (member profiles, membership and clipcard history).
You will get access to the account to start testing it and start training your team, so you can all get used to UPfit.cloud’s features.
We will make another data import a day before the date when the account will go “live”. The activation date must be at the beginning of a calendar month, but no longer than 30 days after the test account was activated.
