You've certainly seen that more and more fitness centers have a button or picture on their website that says Become a Member.
Theoretically, that button leads to a section on the site where you can... become a member of that particular fitness center.
Even though not all clubs have managed to implement this feature properly, those who have done so have seen excellent results.

This is because such a system allows those interested to become members anywhere and anytime..
From what I've seen on most of the fitness center websites in our country, the Become a Member button opens a form where those interested fill out their contact information.
I assume that a gym employee contacts these people and tries to convince them to come to the gym to buy a membership.
Although this is also a variant, it is not exactly the solution I am referring to.
In my opinion, that tricky button should actually allow the person to become a member. Not just leave their contact details.
After all, if they still have to come to the gym to buy a membership, what's the point of filling out the form? Just to have someone to call them?
A much better option is for that person to fill out their contact information and then buy a membership, which they pay for online.
After all, that's what becoming a member means, right? To have an active membership at that gym.
To offer your club members the option I described above, you first need to have an online payment system, so you can sell memberships directly on your website.
Then you need to have a form where people fill out their contact information.
Here you have two options. You can use a simple form, linked to the platform that processes online payments.
Then each sold membership, you put it in the management system, so when the new member comes to the gym they have access without any problems.
The second option, simpler, is to use a solution integrated with the management software.
That is, when the person fills out their contact information and buys the membership, the system automatically creates the profile and adds the membership to the management software. So you don't have to do anything.
